TAMA 38 Project – Upgrading and strengthening an existing building
Structure characteristics: A building with 6 apartments on four floors (including a ground floor).
Main works:
Strengthening and upgrading: Strengthening the building for earthquake resistance, expanding the existing apartments by approximately 25 square meters, adding open balconies and storage rooms to each apartment.
Additional construction: Building 4 new apartments on a floor and a half on the existing roof and a garden apartment on the encroached floor, along with adding parking spaces.
Renovation and upgrading: High-quality stone cladding, renovation of the lobby and stairwell, and construction of an elevator shaft with the installation of an advanced MRL elevator.
New infrastructure: Replacing sewage, water, gas, electricity and firefighting systems.
Status: The project is under construction as of July 2023.
