The project included the addition of 3 apartments on a floor and a half on the roof of the existing building and a comprehensive renovation that gave the building a new look with authentic Arabic stone cladding.
Main works:
Strengthening the building to withstand earthquakes.
Expanding the existing apartments by 25 square meters and adding balconies.
Replacing infrastructure: sewage, water, gas, electricity and fire extinguishing systems.
Construction of an elevator shaft and installation of an advanced MRL elevator.
Renovation of the lobby and stairwell.
