The project was carried out in a building with 9 apartments on three floors on columns, and combines strengthening and upgrading an existing structure with an additional building.

Main works:

Strengthening and upgrading: Strengthening the structure to withstand earthquakes, expanding the existing apartments by approximately 25 square meters and adding open balconies to each apartment.

Additional building: Building 4 new apartments on one and a half floors on the existing roof and a garden apartment on the encroached floor, along with adding parking spaces for the new apartments.

Comprehensive renovation: High-quality stone cladding, construction of a luxurious lobby, renovation of the staircase and replacement of sewage, water, gas, electricity and firefighting infrastructure systems (sprinklers, fire control center, etc.).
