TAMA 38 Project – Strengthening and Upgrading an Existing Building
The project included upgrading a 10-apartment building and adding 4 new apartments on a floor and a half on the existing roof.
Main works:
Strengthening the building to withstand earthquakes.
Expanding the existing apartments by approximately 25 square meters and adding open balconies to each apartment.
Construction of an elevator shaft and installation of an advanced MRL elevator.
Comprehensive renovation of the building, including high-quality stone cladding and upgrading the lobby and stairwell.
Replacing common systems and infrastructure: sewage, water, gas, electricity and firefighting.
