The project included strengthening an existing building and adding 10 new apartments, along with a comprehensive renovation of the building. The work included:

Expanding the existing apartments by 25 square meters.
Replacing common infrastructure and systems.
Adding an elevator and storage rooms.
Construction of an indoor parking garage.

The project was completed in September 2016, and the building was occupied at that time.
Architecture: The project was designed by the “Hacheder” Architects office, which has been operating in Tel Aviv since 2000 and specializes in TAMA 38 projects in various cities.
